Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your controller or accessory in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship to Battle Beaver

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our specialized service facility for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
