What is the current estimated build time for custom controllers?
Our current estimated build time for custom controllers is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. This timeframe allows our technicians to meticulously hand-build and test your controller to ensure it meets our high performance standards.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 30-day standard warranty on all custom controllers. This covers any defects in parts or workmanship. We also offer extended warranty options at the time of purchase for long-term peace of mind.
Can I send in my own controller to be modified?
Yes! We offer a 'Send-In' service where you can mail us your existing controller to have our custom buttons, sticks, and performance modifications installed by our professional team.
What is the difference between Smart Triggers and standard triggers?
Smart Triggers replace the standard membrane with a micro-switch, providing an instant 'click' feel similar to a mouse click. This eliminates the pull distance, allowing for faster response times in competitive shooters.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries upon delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Because every controller is built to unique specifications, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, a restocking fee may apply if the build process has already begun.
